In November 2018, I visited LUISS University, the department of Business & Management, led by Professor Alessandro Zattoni. I enjoyed very much my stay at LUISS, a fantastic research environment and a vibrant student community, and as part of the research visit, I gave a  Research Seminar on ‘Independent Directors and Share Repurchases’. I hope this is a start of future fruitful research collaborations.
